Resolve to Lead
The Books
One question, asked three times. What does it take to hold, when holding is hard?
The first book answers it for the leader. The second answers it for the team. The third answers it for the whole enterprise. One cascade, followed up three floors: where Book one ends, at strategic erosion, is where the other two pick it up.

The Leader with Resolve
Maintaining Discipline Under Pressure
I wrote this book because I kept watching capable, experienced leaders come apart in ways that had nothing to do with capability or experience. The pattern was always the same. Conditions got difficult, and standards that had felt solid started to bend, one reasonable-sounding compromise at a time. The book names that pattern, traces how it runs, and sets out the five disciplines that interrupt it, along with Resolve, the thing that turns knowing them into holding them. It is practical, built from lived decisions rather than theory, and written for leaders who recognise the moment when the easy option and the right option part company.
