Start with the Coach
Most implementation packs are a folder of documents and a hopeful goodbye. This one comes with the RESOLVE Implementation Coach: a guided AI companion, built on the framework's own materials, that walks your leadership team through the six steps of the Implementation Roadmap, session by session, and turns your diagnostic scores into a written progress review at the start, at six months, and at twelve. It speaks the framework's language because it was built from the framework's documents, and when a conversation reaches the point where a human should take over, it says so.
